The Buddha in you
This session is designed to support inner awakening and transformation. It is a process that can help you get back with your essence to connect with qualities we were born with. Our ego tries to imitate aspects of the essence such as (true) love, compassion, truth, Trust, inner peace, strength, worth, courage, joy and curiosity. We often lost contact with essence in early childhood through painful experiences with parents and other caregivers. Essence work supports the recovery of our essence, which forms the basis for our well-being. This session is also available on Skype.
Somatic Release is a very gentle, guided inner journey that uses the inner perception ('felt sense') of the body to find old Release unconscious and repressed feelings, fears, worries and tension without psychological analysis. Many of us do not know that we carry around unhindered feelings, fears and worries. This is especially true if developmental trauma (and not shock trauma) has arisen in the first three years of our life, of which we have no cognitive memory. The ACE study found that most people are still unconscious of the effects of adverse childhood experiences, and that many of us who live in first world countries are affected by them. With Somatic Release as a method, we proceed step by step so as not to overwhelm your nervous system. In this way we can gradually contribute to the recovery of the nervous system and thus your well-being. And, a well-regulated nervous system is imperative so that we can live in harmony and love with others.
Individual relationship counseling
In this session, I will work with you individually, whether you are married, in a relationship, or single. This session is designed to help you restore harmony and balance in your relationships. We will focus on being present with what is happening in the here and now. In an atmosphere of trust you will recognize and overcome your belief systems, automated behavior and emotional outbursts. We work at the nervous system level because when your nervous system is well regulated it will be easier to be relaxed and present with others. And when we are relaxed and centered, we are really available to the other. Whether your partner, your children, your parents, siblings, mother-in-law or even your boss; the other will feel the difference in you and react accordingly.
Zen Counseling - Psychological counseling
In this session you can bring up any questions about work, relationships, meditation, or any other aspect of daily life. If you are too identified with thoughts and emotions and define yourself too much about them, this creates unnecessary tension and can be found quite exhausting. By connecting with who you really are, your original source, the center that is beyond the body-mind system, support is created to gain clarity, greater awareness and a deeper understanding. Through centering and awareness techniques, we support our ability to master the challenges in our daily life with serenity instead of reacting to them. Zen counseling can help you find your way back to a joyful and fulfilling life.
Whatever the problem in your relationship or marriage, the method called Relational Life Therapy (RLT) gives you what you need to start respecting and loving one another again. I work with couples and also give sessions with each partner individually when appropriate or necessary. RLT is the most effective and efficient method that I know, both from my professional and personal life experience. If you use this method in your life and in your relationships, you will get results quickly.
TRE® - Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises
TRE® is an easy-to-learn method to permanently release trauma, chronic stress and physical tension from the body. Many of us do not know that we carry around unhindered feelings, fears and worries. This is especially true if developmental trauma (and not shock trauma) has arisen in the first three years of our life, of which we have no cognitive memory. The ACE study found that most people are still unconscious of the effects of adverse childhood experiences, and that many of us who live in first world countries are affected by them. TRE® is a form of non-invasive body work and consists of a series of innovative physical exercises that enable the release of stress and tension in the body. And it helps us to live in harmony and love with our family.
Courses & Seminars
In my courses and seminars, we work on the underlying cause that is responsible for most, if not all, of the relationship and life problems we frequently face. You learn Tools to help you make life easier, more confident and more confident. Compared to individual work, working in a group environment can be much more effective.
