My New Book on Resilience
My new book is here!

Resilience has been quite a personal challenge for me. For a long time I had been cripling with the fact that I just hadn't been a particularly resilient person in my younger years. My childhood had left its marks, and for a long time I didn't even know exactly what had been so difficult about it. Until a few years ago I had not been aware of the effects that even seemingly harmless events during childhood had on my psyche. In 2013 I started studying developmental trauma, and ever since, improving my own resilience has become the focus in my personal life. The Polyvagal Theory by Dr. Stephen Porges has become a milestone in my own inner work as well as in my work with clients. It has fundamentally changed my approach to working with people.

This book has been long in the making. At least in my head. And finally, I have managed to put my wealth of knowledge onto paper. But this is only the first book. A second book shall follow. Because the subject is too extensive to fit into one single book.
