As  & Where

 

We will meet at the specified time on Zoom, you will receive the link after registration. The meditations last 60 minutes and are  explained in detail beforehand. After meditation we have time to share the experience and ask questions. If you prefer to remain in silence after the medi, you can also attend the meeting  prematurely  leaving. Clothes & props

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Many meditations require a mat to lie down and a pillow or chair to sit on. It is helpful to have enough space for the movement phase. If you stretch out your arms and turn around in a circle, there should be enough space. It is advisable to have a blanket to hand for the reclining phase.  In case you have any further questions  feel free to speak to me.
