Nature Retreat - Your Inner Nature - Recognizing Who You Really Are

We lovingly call this retreat "The Great Outdoors Retreat". We'll spend the 3 days together in nature and enjoy Shinrin Yoku, walks in silence, nature rituals & self-inquiry as well as Osho Active Meditations and campfire romance.

If you're facing a challenging situation in your life right now and you're craving loving attention and a non-judgmental caring and open-hearted space, this is for you. A space where you can be who you really are. A space where you can find clarity and tools to help you navigate the next chapter of your life.

During this retreat, we will spend the majority of the time in the great outdoors. The forest is just around the corner and two peaceful lakes just down the hill. We'll spend time hiking, doing mindfulness exercises and you'll get to enjoy a solo time-out in the woods every day. In addition, active meditations (movement is an integral part - no, not walking meditation) and Inquiry (a particular form of self-exploration in dyads) will help us to go in and find that still point inside that gives us a sense of wholeness and fullfillment. All this will help us to open ourselves more and more to the magic of nature, to calm our mind and strengthen our inner center.

The Active Outdoor Meditation Retreat [silent retreat]

This retreat is focussed on meditation along with lots of time out in the great outdoors (including sleeping in a tent). The forest is just around the corner and two peaceful lakes just down the hill. This is a somewhat different silent retreat, because we will use OSHO Active Meditations instead of sitting silently for hours on end, and we'll be surrounded by wonderful and calming nature sounds and scents.

 

OSHO Active Meditations work beyond the cognitive mind. With these methods, unconscious inner blockages will resolve very easily, without needing to dig into the past and ruminate the old stories. The result is not just a supreme sense of serenity. Even stubborn patterns that keep getting in our way can be resolved over time. When used regularly, these methods contribute to your inner freedom, more zest for life and more energy.

 

You will also get to know and practice an amazing self-help tool called TRE® . TRE® - Tension Releasing Exercises

In this course, you get to know and practice an amazing self-help tool called TRE®. It is the abbreviation for Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises.

 

TRE® is an innovative set of exercises that help the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism in the body that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system and bringing it back into a balanced state. TRE® can easily be learned and is able to facilitate and promote the body’s and the psyche’s return to balance in a very easy and quick manner.

With continuous and regular use, TRE® can also help to let go of old familiar behavioral patterns. Restraint, insecurity, fatigue, listlessness, but also anxiety, stress, nervousness, restlessness, and irritability are often symptoms of a chronic misregulation of the autonomic nervous system. Used regularly over a period of time, TRE® can help to gradually reduce such patterns.

 

TRE® increases the resiliency of the body because it causes deep relaxation that naturally reduces stress levels. It can release emotions ranging from mild upset to severe anxiety whether it is caused by work stress, excessive worry, conflict in relationships, physical stresses, or traumas from accidents. Thus, TRE® can be used as a routine recovery process, while also having a profound long-term effect.

Living Joyfully - And What Stops Us

If we could always be happy and be free to flow according to where our energy wants to go, we'd never be sick and we'd have healthy, loving and lasting relationships, right? But we don't. So, why don't we live joyfully ever after?

 

In this workshop, we'll address exactly this. We'll be looking at patterns and behaviors that sabotage us in our lives and our relationships, and we'll look at what exactly drives those patterns. Often the source of impeding patterns in our lives is deeper than what is usually being addressed in conventional work, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

This understanding and the tools we'll teach and practice in this workshop will enable you, in time and with regular practice, to overcome and let go of these patterns and help you open the door to finding new and healthy ways of relating and to living your life more joyfully.

OSHO Meditative Therapies

Meditative Therapies are simple methods that Osho created shortly before he died. They are called "Mystic Rose", "No Mind" and "Born Again". All of these methods are based on very simple, natural techniques and each of them is designed to bypass the analytical, rational mind and access the subconscious mind in an effortless way, thereby breaking down the conditioning that keeps us imprisoned and disconnected from our true nature, and instead 'uncovering' our natural being. 

 

We call it Meditative Therapy but the truth is, it is not therapy. It is meditation, in which therapy happens naturally and by itself. 

 

They are truly miraculous processes. All of them work energetically, and the mind can't explain how and why they work. I know from my own experience that they are extremely effective though, and - maybe because the mind can't explain it - it seems very easy and natural.
