TRE® is an innovative process that consists of simple exercises that activate an instinctive reflex of the body that dissipates stress and tension in the body. TRE® supports both the immediate recovery after acute shock, anxiety or stress states as well as increasing our resilience.
With continuous and regular use, TRE® can help you to let go of well-known behavioral patterns. Reluctance, insecurity, tiredness, listlessness, but also fear, stress, nervousness, restlessness, hectic pace and irritability are often symptoms of chronic dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system.
