TRE® is an innovative process that consists of simple exercises that activate an instinctive reflex of the body that dissipates stress and tension in the body. TRE® supports both the immediate recovery after acute shock, anxiety or stress states as well as increasing our resilience.

With continuous and regular use, TRE® can help you to let go of well-known behavioral patterns. Reluctance, insecurity, tiredness, listlessness, but also fear, stress, nervousness, restlessness, hectic pace and irritability are often symptoms of chronic dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. Used regularly over a longer period of time, TRE® can help you to gradually break down such patterns.
