You have already gained experience with TRE® and would like to refresh or deepen your practice, have questions or just want to use the class network to stay tuned.
Perhaps you haven't had the experience on your own body yet, but it really is like this: TRE® supports both rapid recovery after acute states of shock, anxiety or stress as well as increasing our resilience.
And what is even better: With continuous and regular use, TRE® can help you to let go of well-known behavior patterns. Reluctance, insecurity, tiredness, listlessness, but also fear, stress, nervousness, restlessness, hectic pace and irritability are often symptoms of chronic dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. Used regularly over a longer period of time, TRE® can help you to gradually break down such patterns.
