Activ & moving deep inside: A whole day with OSHO Active Meditation. It's a deep cleanse mentally and emotionally.


This is YOUR chance for an emotional and mental reset! 


The OSHO Active Meditations are great when normal mindfulness exercises don't work for you, or when you can't calm down despite all your efforts and you just can't stop the mindfuck. Or when you feel like your body is going crazy while you try to sit as still as possible on your cushion. If you long for stillness, relaxation, and serenity, but just can't find it, no matter how long or how often you sit cross-legged and watch your breath, try OSHO Active Meditations. 


Aktive Meditationen können dir helfen, wenn normale Achtstamkeitsübungen nicht helfen, du nicht zur Ruhe kommen kannst trotz aller Bemühungen und das Gedankenkarussel unaufhaltsam weitergeht. Oder wenn du das Gefühl hast, dein Körper spielt innerlich verrückt, während du versuchst, möglichst still auf deinem Kissen zu sitzen. Wenn du dich nach Stille, Entspannung und Gelassenheit sehnst, das alles aber einfach nicht finden kannst, egal wie lange oder wie oft du im Schneidersitz verweilst und den Atem beobachtest, dann versuch es mal mit Aktiver Meditation.

Starts 7:00 hrs until either17:15 hrs, 20:10 hrs, or 21:30 hrs - your choice


07:00 - 08:15 hrs OSHO Dynamic Meditation

08:15 - 09:30 hrs time for breaky and shower

09:30 - 10:45 hrs OSHO Active Meditation 

11:15 - 12:30 hrs OSHO Aktive Meditation

12:30 - 14:00 or 14:45 hrs lunch break

14:00 - 14:30 hrs optional: OSHO Gibberish Meditation

14:45 - 15:45 hrs OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation

16:15 - 17:15 hrs OSHO Kundalini Meditation

17:15 - 18:40 hrs time for dinner and shower

18:40 - 20:10 hrs optional: OSHO Evening Meeting

20:30 - 21:30 hrs optional: Dance Celebration

We provide instructions for every meditation 10 minutes before the meditation starts. 


Please note:

Mediation has its limits and does not replace therapy, psychological counselling or other therapeutic work. If you reach emotional or energetic limits within an event, please seek competent help, e.g. in individual sessions, with me or a therapist you trust.

When & Where


We meet at the specified time on Zoom, you will receive the link after registration. The individual Osho meditations last 60 minutes and are explained in detail beforehand.



20 €  per person.

Clothing & Props

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. For many meditations a mat to lie on and a cushion or chair to sit on is necessary. For the movement stage, it is helpful to have enough space. If you stretch out your arms and turn around in a circle once, there should be enough space. It is advisable to have a blanket handy for the relaxation stages.
